Registration

Payment Policy: To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received before 11:59 PM on October 2, or cheques must be postmarked before October 2, 2025. If you register on or after October 3, you will be charged the regular rate. Please note that if you register on or after October 17, 2025 with an invoice, you must pay your registration fees by credit card or e-transfer at the time of registration. All registration fees MUST be paid before November 5 to attend the workshop.

Cancellation Policy: Once you register for the workshop, you will be granted a 72-hour Registration Grace Period and be eligible for a refund minus the TicketTailor fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) if you decide to cancel. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the workshop.

Group Cancellation: If a group conference registration order is cancelled and fewer than 3 delegates attend, the group discount no longer applies. This difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.

Delegate Substitution: Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify [email protected] if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. Supply that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. Please note no delegate substitutions will be permitted after October 30, 2025.

Privacy Policy: The Conference Organizers and the SIEC respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. We will not rent, sell, or trade your information. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed and up to date on the conference activities. SIEC or its designate may contact you about your conference registration.
