Trauma-Informed PD

Trauma-Informed Care for Educators is a vital professional development opportunity created in collaboration with Oaks Mental Health. This workshop offers critical insights into brain development, the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and the far-reaching effects of trauma. Designed to empower school teams, it provides practical, evidence-based strategies that can be readily implemented in classrooms and school settings. By fostering a trauma-informed environment, educators can enhance student engagement, support staff well-being, and create a more positive and effective learning atmosphere. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
