Program Summary
The Mind Over Matters initiative evolved as a response to the increased need for mental health education in schools. This webpage was created to provide educators with a one stop-shop to mental health programming to be used in their classrooms. MAPE is a one-hour online course designed to help educators support students struggling with anxiety. Educators can learn strategies to teach students how to manage anxiety in and outside of school. The three units in the program provide information about anxiety and effective strategies to dial down anxious feelings and thoughts.

Mind Over Matters: Connecting Minds, Inspiring Wellness is a mental health conference featuring three keynote sessions on mental health challenges in individuals and communities. Designed to foster collaboration and professional growth, the conference equips attendees with practical tools and strategies for promoting wellness in personal and professional environments.
