Mind Over Matters

Program Summary

Mind Over Matters is a comprehensive K–12 mental health education initiative led by the Saskatoon Industry Education Council (SIEC). Bringing together education, health, and community partners, the program supports educators through classroom-ready resources, professional development, speaker events, and student-focused initiatives designed to build resilience, connection, and emotionally safe learning environments.

The website also provides parents and guardians with trusted mental health information and resources to support children at home. Mind Over Matters–hosted events and learning opportunities are posted on this page, creating a centralized hub for mental health education, collaboration, and community engagement.
